I've been guiding clients in the Scottish mountains for over 20 years - on countless single and multi-day expeditions. I've trekked and hiked in big mountain ranges all over the world and, on home territory, I'm a "Munroist" - one of a select band of people who've climbed all 282 mountains in Scotland over 3,000'. My job is is to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience in exploring Scotland's great outdoors.I hold the professional qualification of Mountain Leader, awarded by Mountain Training UK.

I've been showing visitors around Scotland all my life, though professionally only in the last 5 years. You're probably familiar with Scotland's image abroad: tartan, castles, whisky, and scenery. But if you want to discover the amazing stories that lie behind the chocolate box scenery - the people and the places - let me inform and entertain you with my in depth knowledge of my home country, past and present. I hold the prestigious Blue Badge award of the Scottish Tourist Guide Association.
